The story behind the snoring cap
Quit snoring and be more active

Over the years I have myself been a snorer and, like many other people, had never wanted to admit it.  I went through all the grievances snorers go through - the poke in the side, the hand over the  mouth, the pinch of the nose - you name it and it happened to me.  And naturally my wife would leave me in the middle of the night to go downstairs to sleep.

Then one day my wife and I sat down to talk about snoring.  We talked about how bad it
was getting, about how my breathing would stop and how she wasn't sure what was happening.

I decided I would have to do something about it. I thought "How can I stop myself snoring?".  I thought a band under my chin would hold my jaw up.  We sat down and came up with the idea of the 'Snoring Cap'.  Because I was a tailor in the past, I knew how to put fabrics together and made a prototype which I tried out and refined until the Snoring Cap really began to work.

One of the things I used to do was to go jogging to help clear my airwaves, so whilst out jogging I tried keeping my mouth closed and practiced breathing through my nostrils.  I kept doing this every time I exercised and after a while sleeping with the snoring cap began to get easier and easier.  My open-mouthed snoring decreased in leaps-n-bounds.  We realised the Snoring Cap really worked and we all began to sleep better.

If it worked for an 18 stone man, I'm sure it'll work for you.

The comprehensive booklet that comes with the snoring cap will help you to reach your goal much quicker than it took me. Take time and follow the instructions in the booklet, they are there to help you!

Controlling Snoring...

Snoring is not something that can be stopped at will  but it can be controlled successfully.  Excessive snoring disturbs sleep, making you less alert during the day.  Many couples row about snoring and some sleep in separate rooms because of it.  A recent study showed that, once snoring was eliminated, the bed partners got at least 1 hour of extra sleep each night.

Prods, kicks, and punches from your partner - even the threat of divorce or complaints from neighbours are not uncommon.

Snoring is more common the older you are.  Among 30-35 year olds about 20% of men and 5% of women snore.  This rises to 60% and 40% by the age of 60.
